Presently, in my role as the High-Performance Manager at the Melbourne Centre for Athletic Performance, I lead and support athletes on their journey toward achieving excellence in top-tier competitions. With prior positions as a Rehabilitation Coordinator and Physical Preparation Coach at the State Level, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining athletes reach the pinnacle of their performance.

My commitment lies in leveraging my knowledge and skills to empower individuals to not only meet but exceed their expectations and unlock their full potential.

Having served as a Rehabilitation Coordinator and Physical Preparation Assistant, I have cultivated expertise across a diverse range of training methodologies. This equips me to provide tailored guidance that aligns with your unique requirements. Allow my experience and unwavering enthusiasm to be the driving force to support your ultimate performance.

Pre & Rehabilitative Protocols

Injuries and limitations can effect your ability to train. Maximise results and minimise risk with my understanding of injury mechanisms and experience working with some of Australia's elite athletes. 

Youth Development 

With a sound understanding of the needs of young children, we utilise fundamentals and prioritise the best course of action in their programming. Regular assessments and parent communication ensure a secure training experience. Safety is our utmost priority as they pursue athletic excellence.
